I feel sorry for 78% of the people that read my blog. I feel sorry for them because you/they are using Microsoft Internet Explorer. After seeing that stat I felt that maybe these people have never been blessed with an opportunity to try out FireFox. I think the single greatest thing that you can do is use the All-in-one-mouse-gestures extension which allows you to just right-click and drag to do things. For example, if you right-click and drag to the left you go back a page instead of moving the mouse all the way over to the back button.
